What pushed Cara to start Beyond Barriers?

“I NEEDED to have a space to grow. I NEEDED to have a space to share the amazing women I know and let their stories out into the world. I NEEDED time to let go of my own bullshit and be awed by other women. I NEEDED a space to let go of the doubt that was holding me back and to push through the years of barriers I had built.
